Erika McMinn

Erika is bilingual in Spanish and supports the firm fighting for the rights of employees involved in discrimination claims including race, age, gender, national origin, and disability discrimination.

Erika has always had a passion for working in law. Previously, she had taken several law courses from a University in her Country of origin, Colombia, where she graduated, with a Master’s Degree in Business. During her career, Erika has managed several successful corporations, and throughout her job accomplishments have demonstrated her strong attention to detail.

Erika provides administrative and legal support to the firm under the supervision of an attorney, including preparing drafts of correspondence and pleadings, managing case files and filings, and assisting with day-to-day operations.

As a native Spanish speaker with exceptional translation skills, Erika also provides assistance with the firm’s Spanish-speaking clientele.
