Prior to joining The McMinn Employment Law Firm, Kelly attended law school at Roger Williams University School of Law with an aspiration to become an attorney who can benefit the public. During law school, she interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Rhode Island in 2018 and the Connecticut State’s Attorney’s Office in 2019.
As a student attorney at Roger Williams University, Kelly gained practical experience in the field, while pursuing her passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds, learning their stories, and truly resonating with their feelings and circumstances in order to provide them with the most effective representation through investigation, negotiation, and court advocacy.
