Got in contact with Michael at the end of last year. The first thing that stood out to me was that he LISTENED to me. We were on the phone the first time for almost 20 minutes. (What happened to me was also that insane.) He didn’t cut me off or only listen to half of what I wanted to say and then say I need to “pay for a consultation” like three other offices did before him. He was kind, informative of how the process would go and gave a ballpark idea of how long it would take. He’s been very attentive, always returns my calls in a timely manner.
